1. Business Identity and Role

Travel Boutique VIP is a brand operated by Travel Mgmt. & Consulting Boutique LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. Travel Boutique VIP provides travel planning and advisory services as an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with InteleTravel.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Travel Boutique VIP acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. These suppliers may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, ground transportation providers, excursion operators, travel protection providers, and other third parties. Travel Boutique VIP does not own, manage, control, or operate those suppliers or their services.

2. Supplier Services and Responsibility

Travel services are provided under the applicable supplier's own terms, conditions, policies, tariffs, and limitations of liability. Each supplier is responsible for the performance, quality, schedule, availability, safety, and delivery of its services.

To the extent permitted by law, Travel Boutique VIP is not responsible for a supplier's acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, service changes, overbooking, bankruptcy, insolvency, property damage, personal injury, loss, or other failure to perform. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

3. Payments, Prices, and Availability

Travel payments are processed by InteleTravel or the applicable travel supplier, not held by Travel Boutique VIP. A payment, deposit, or request for a reservation does not guarantee confirmation until the booking is accepted and confirmed by the applicable supplier.

Prices, promotions, availability, taxes, fees, itineraries, schedules, amenities, and supplier policies may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are subject to availability and may expire or change before payment and confirmation. Any airfare advertised must be understood subject to the specific fare rules, baggage charges, optional-service fees, and operating-carrier disclosures presented with the offer or during booking.

4. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, identification, parental or minor-travel documentation, vaccination records, health documentation, and any other documents required for the itinerary. Travelers are also responsible for confirming that names, dates of birth, and other personal information provided for a reservation exactly match their travel documents.

Entry, transit, health, security, and documentation requirements may change. Travelers should verify current requirements directly with the relevant government authorities, embassies, consulates, and suppliers before departure. Travel Boutique VIP does not provide legal, medical, tax, immigration, or financial advice.

5. Health, Safety, and Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, crime, weather events, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, political or civil unrest, and changes in local conditions. Travelers are responsible for evaluating their own health, mobility, safety needs, and tolerance for risk, and for reviewing current government travel advisories and public-health guidance.

Travel Boutique VIP does not guarantee that a destination, property, vessel, activity, or mode of transportation will be free from risk. Special requests, dietary needs, accessibility accommodations, adjoining rooms, bedding preferences, and similar arrangements are requests only unless the supplier confirms them in writing.

6. Travel Protection

Travel protection is strongly recommended because many travel arrangements are nonrefundable or subject to significant cancellation penalties. Travel Boutique VIP may provide information about travel protection products, including products offered through Allianz or other providers.

Coverage is governed solely by the insurance policy or protection-plan documents, including all terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures. Travel Boutique VIP does not determine coverage or claims and does not guarantee that any claim will be approved. Travelers should review the policy carefully and direct coverage questions to the licensed insurance provider or appropriate representative.

7. Compensation and Affiliate Disclosure

Travel Boutique VIP may receive commissions, referral fees, marketing support, or other compensation from travel suppliers or service providers when a traveler books or purchases through links, recommendations, or arrangements we provide. This compensation generally does not change the price paid by the traveler unless expressly disclosed.

When a specific post, recommendation, or link involves a material financial relationship that requires disclosure, an additional clear disclosure may appear near that content.

8. Website Content and Third-Party Links

Website and social-media content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Although reasonable efforts are made to present accurate and current information, Travel Boutique VIP does not warrant that all content is complete, error-free, or current at all times.

Links to supplier or third-party websites are provided for convenience. Travel Boutique VIP does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, accessibility, privacy practices, availability, or transactions. Use of a third-party website is subject to that provider's terms and policies.

9. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Travel Boutique VIP is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, border closures, labor disputes, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, supplier operational decisions, and transportation interruptions. Supplier remedies, refund eligibility, and rebooking options remain subject to the applicable supplier terms and governing law.

10. No Guarantee of Outcome

Travel recommendations are based on information available at the time and on preferences communicated by the traveler. Individual experiences are subjective. Photographs, descriptions, ratings, reviews, and examples do not guarantee that every traveler will have the same experience or that a property, destination, or service will meet every expectation.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Disclaimer supplements, but does not replace, the Travel Boutique VIP Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, supplier terms, booking confirmations, invoices, insurance documents, or other written agreements. If a conflict arises, the applicable signed agreement, supplier contract, or controlling law may govern.
